Friendly staff and near the main shopping district

Old and dirty rooms. My room smells like a smoking room.

- There was common room to sit and outside food was allowed to eat there. The hotel provided free drinks and cotton candy. There were a lot of kinds of drinks including coffee. - Seven eleven was so close to the hotel. - Amenities was fully equipped.

The parking area is limited and be a parking lift, inconvenient to move the car out often. The size of the car was also limited by parking space.

Awesome service, the staff even delivered my luggage to my room by the time I returned to check in. The room is well-equipped, the bed is comfy, the onsen is beautiful and awesome, it even has a shampoo bar with different shampoos for every type of hair. Definitely stay here! Pretty close to the station too, which makes transportation much easier! :)

Best location , from Metro only exit out (Lift-escalator) street level go straight forward 100meters past the Temple/shopping arcades, hotel is on ur left. Quiet location.

I definitely liked staying in this hotel because aside from the great location, the vicinity was very near convenient stores, and pharmacies. It was right beside Osu shopping street where you can find lots of restaurants, and stores. There was even a park nearby which my son enjoyed going to. They also provide toiletries, drinks, cups, a microwave for heating food, free space, toys for kids, and a comics / manga section free for guests to use. I want to highlight the hospitality and superb customer experience that the staff provided us during our stay. Mr Takahashi and the 2 other ladies (I didn't get the chance to ask for their names :( ) were truly a pro in providing the best hotel/accommodation experience. Even the other staff did their best to answer our questions and help us when we needed something.I recommend and will surely book again on this hotel!

The suite was nice and clean. Bigger than most rooms in Japan and can accommodate more than 5 pax.

The front desk is unable to speak English .

The staff & Location were amazing. Nearby convenient store, shops , restaurants & transportation. Big rooms for families. Those things compensate for the old bldg, Defintly bang for the buck! Had a great stay in this hotel because of the friendly staff.

Fantastic location by Osu Kannon, LOVED the HUGE tatami room with lots of space for 4 persons, great hot spring, easy access to the Metro station, tons of restaurants nearby

Hotel needs renovation, the lobby is old and dingy, also be aware this hotel is facing a VERY busy Main Street so you hear loud traffic ALL NIGHT. Nonetheless a great place to stay mostly because of the huge room

Nice common area downstairs, with manga, games and drinks.The room was spacious and adequate. The bed was comfy.Easy check-in and checkout

A bit dated and in need of renovations to keep up with the competition around Nagoya.Don't doubt carpets are cleaned everyday but some stains are not coming out anymore Overall a very decent hotel, comfortable enough and clean enough, just needs some more love.

We booked a room for 5 pax. The beds are big and comfortable. The room is spacious for 5 people with a lot of luggages. There is a vendo machine just outside our room. The location is just a few steps from Osu Shopping District. The staff allowed us to wait in the cafe while waiting for check in since we got tired from walking around the shopping area.

The entrance to the toilet is a little high, which could cause an accident if one is not careful and aware of the step.
